Meet the Team

Tyler grew up in small town South Dakota before going to Iowa State University. There, he met his wife Lisa and they called Iowa and Illinois home for 13 years while he worked as a trader for ADM and Hoogwegt US. In 2018, Tyler and Lisa started Anderson Trade Corporation and have been growing every year since its inception.

Today they call suburban Dallas home where they are raising their 4 daughters and 2 goldendoodles. For fun, Tyler traded in his soccer cleats, ice skates and tennis racket and now spends as much time golfing and playing pickleball as possible! The family stays busy with the girls’ activities and loves to travel as much as they can. 

Eric Zoske was born and raised in Iowa and is a graduate from Iowa State University. In 2016, he and his wife Nicole moved to Austin, MN where they currently reside. He is the varsity girls' head basketball coach for the Austin Packers and his wife is a high school science teacher. 

In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and CrossFit. Eric has been trading commodities at Anderson Trade since 2022.

Mattie (aka Martha) McCoy has been working with finance/ ERP systems, inventory control and logistics for a variety of industries for 20+ years.  She manages the daily AP/AR activities for ATC.  Mattie grew up in New Hampshire but made her way to Texas to raise her family.  

Mattie, her husband and 3 children like to split their free time between the beach and the mountains.  She is active in the school PTA, Bible study group and book club. 

Dawn lives in Wisconsin with her husband. She has 4 kids, 4 grandkids, and enjoys the outdoors. You can find her entertaining family and friends, boating, kayaking, and playing on wave runners. 

Dawn has 17 years of experience in Logistics, AR and import/export and freight/product documentation working with companies such as CDW, Purac, Hoogwegt U.S. She specialized in product and freight claims, RFQ’s and carrier report cards. At ATC, Dawn coordinates logistics, documentation, and vendor/customer management. 

Nic Gutierrez is a recent addition to Anderson Trade, having joined in mid-2023. He resides in Grapevine, Texas, with his wife and four children. Nic is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota with degrees in Theology and Catholic Studies. He brings over nine years of experience in ministry to his current role, serving from youth ministry all the way to a director's role, overseeing all ministry functions in the church.

Outside of work, Nic enjoys woodworking, poker, and drumming for a local country band. He remains involved in ministry as a volunteer at his local church and offers consulting services. His diverse background and commitment to serving others and caring for the relationships he builds make him a valuable asset to both our company and the community.
