Meet the Team

Tyler grew up in small town South Dakota before going to Iowa State University. There, he met his wife Lisa and they called Iowa and Illinois home for 13 years while he worked as a trader for ADM and Hoogwegt US. In 2018, Tyler and Lisa started Anderson Trade Corporation and have been growing every year since its inception.

Today they call suburban Dallas home where they are raising their 4 daughters and 2 goldendoodles. For fun, Tyler traded in his soccer cleats, ice skates and tennis racket and now spends as much time golfing and playing pickleball as possible! The family stays busy with the girls’ activities and loves to travel as much as they can. 

Andy Smith grew up in Middleton, WI and now resides close by in Cross Plains, WI with his wife Emily of 20 years.  Graduated from UW Eau Claire in 2003 with a degree in Criminal Justice.  Outside of work Andy loves to play golf, bowl, spending time at cabin on Lake Wisconsin and travelling.  They have a daughter Greta (14) and son Logan (16).  Greta plays volleyball, golf and is involved in Choir.  Logan plays high school baseball and likes to play golf as well.      

Andy has 20+ years as a procurement and operations leader.  Andy started his career at Oscar Mayer in production and then worked in production and sourcing at Clasen Quality Chocolate for 12 years and most recently spent over 6 years working at distribution company managing their purchasing department. 

Amit brings over 15 years of experience turning strategy into results across multiple industries, including printing, cable TV network, telecommunications, and construction. As Chief of Staff at Anderson Trade Corporation, he, serves as a strategic partner to leadership specializing in scaling operations, streamlining cross-functional processes, and making things happen. He’s known for connecting the dots across teams—and for not letting anything fall through the cracks. Amit holds a Master’s in Marketing Management from JBIMS, Mumbai, India.

Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Amit lives with his wife, Sharmila, their very opinionated younger daughter who believes she’s in charge at home, and a German Shepherd who insists on being involved in every project. His eldest daughter is married, settled, and making the most of her own life, which officially makes the Mathurs half-empty nesters—or, as they like to call it, 'halfway to finally hearing themselves think’.
A former Division 1 collegiate tennis player and a multi-sport athlete who played soccer, cricket, and badminton in high school, Amit made a comeback to the court after a 20-year break playing club level tennis for 5 years and is currently “on a strategic pause” before his next run. When he’s not working, he is a DIY enthusiast either building a live edge cedar wood lava resin bar counter, a deck, a live edge mantel, or cooking up something new as a self-proclaimed food aficionado or planning his next travel adventure—because sitting still has never really been his thing.

Eric Zoske was born and raised in Iowa and is a graduate of Iowa State University in 2005. He currently resides in Ankeny, Iowa, with his wife, Nicole, whom he has been married to for 18 years, and their children, Tamin and Tinsley.

Eric serves as the varsity girls basketball head coach at North Polk High School in Alleman, Iowa. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and participating in CrossFit. He has been trading commodities with Anderson Trade since 2022.

Nic Gutierrez grew up in Arlington, Texas and currently resides in Grapevine, Texas, with his wife and five children. Nic is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota with degrees in Theology, Catholic Studies and a Philosophy minor. Nic has been with Anderson Trade since 2023 after spending a decade serving professionally in parish ministry.

Outside of work, Nic is a hobbyist woodworker, poker player, and drummer in a local country band. Coming from a background in ministry, Nic places a high value on relationships, people development, and building partnerships that go beyond just transactions.

Lori brings over 10 years of experience in personal care ingredient sales with a couple of prominent distributors, and specializes in building strong customer relationships and delivering cost effective ingredient ideas that help brands succeed. She is passionate about connecting customers with the right products while providing exceptional service and industry expertise.

Lori was born, raised, and still lives in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.  She graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and is a proud member of the Fightin' Aggie class of 2000. She met her husband, Rodney, after college, playing volleyball on the sand courts and is a proud mom of two daughters who now play the game their parents grew up loving. When she's not cheering them on from the sidelines, you can find her at the gym, or playing volleyball herself. She brings the same energy, teamwork, and dedication to her professional life that she values in her personal pursuits.

Joey LaBree grew up and spent most of his life living and working in the Chicagoland area before relocating to the DFW with his wife, Carolyn, in 2020. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the ingredient industry to Anderson Trade, with expertise spanning a variety of product categories and a reputation built on deep product knowledge and long-standing customer relationships.

Outside of work, Joey enjoys spending time with his family, playing bocce ball, cooking, attending concerts, traveling, and going to the park with his dog Archie.

Jordan is a proud girl dad who keeps family at the center of his life. Originally from Miami, he’s a loyal fan of the Miami Hurricanes. Outside of work, he enjoys pickleball, golf, and staying active, and is always exploring new business ideas alongside his family. He values connection, growth, and building a life that balances meaningful work with time well spent with family and friends.

Dawn lives in Wisconsin with her husband. She has 4 kids, 4 grandkids, and enjoys the outdoors. You can find her entertaining family and friends, boating, kayaking, and playing on wave runners. 

Dawn has 17 years of experience in Logistics, AR and import/export and freight/product documentation working with companies such as CDW, Purac, Hoogwegt U.S. She specialized in product and freight claims, RFQ’s and carrier report cards. At ATC, Dawn coordinates logistics, documentation, and vendor/customer management. 

Mattie (aka Martha) McCoy has been working with finance/ ERP systems, inventory control and logistics for a variety of industries for 20+ years.  She manages the daily AP/AR activities for ATC.  Mattie grew up in New Hampshire but made her way to Texas to raise her family.  

Mattie, her husband and 3 children like to split their free time between the beach and the mountains.  She is active in YMSL as chapter President, her Bible study group and book club.
